Introduction

Welcome to the Second Brain OS Integrations (“Integrations”). By using these Integrations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Integrations.

The Second Brain OS Integrations allow users to connect their Second Brain OS account with various platforms, including Notion, GitHub, and Todoist. These integrations enable the Second Brain OS application(s) to create, read, update, and delete data across various entities such as Projects, Articles, Collections, Notes, Tasks, and Routine Blocks on behalf of the signing user, facilitating improved information management, content creation, and conversion optimization.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Compliance: You agree to use the Integrations in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Use.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you provide and the data you sync with various platforms using the Integrations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Brain OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Integrations.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Integrations.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Integrations by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Integrations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Second Brain OS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Integrations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
