Welcome to the Second Brain Operating System

Hey there! Thank you so much for your first purchase. I’m assuming you’re absolutely new to me and the Second Brain OS platform, so you’ll get a handful of emails and I want to clarify that I’m not spamming you.

I want to tell you what those emails mean, what you’re getting in exchange for your time, effort, and of course your hard-earned money. Let me give you complete clarity in the next couple of minutes.

Your First Email: The Product

First, let’s look at your inbox. The first email you’ll get from me will have “product” in the subject line. This is the exact thing you’ve purchased, and you can easily access it by:

  1. Opening the email
  2. Scrolling down
  3. Clicking the button that says “See Next Steps”

This takes you to an article I’ve written that includes everything you need to know:

  • How to set it up for yourself
  • How to get that automation course running
  • All the insights you need
  • Often includes a video with every step laid out

Bonus: If you still get confused at any point, just head over to my homepage by clicking the logo. Enter your name, press “Chat Now,” and ask my agent anything.

For example: “I need help with the Todoist integration. How do I set it up?”

In just moments, it will look through my knowledge, figure out exactly what you need help with, and give you clean, clear step-by-step instructions. Whenever you get stuck, just go to my homepage and ask—it will tell you the next steps.

Understanding Your Other Emails

Now let’s head back to the inbox and talk about all the other emails. The two most important ones are:

  1. The product email (we just covered this)
  2. Access to the Second Brain OS platform

All the other emails are notifications for what you’ve been given on the platform.

The Second Brain OS Platform

Let me show you the platform and explain what you get. To sign in:

  • Gmail/Google users: Press “Sign in with Google” (it’s that simple)
  • Non-Google users: Click the alternative option and enter your email

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the main dashboard.

The Three Building Blocks

Second Brain OS gives you access to three types of things: Workflows, Actions, and Knowledge. These are the three building blocks of any agent.

  • If you’ve purchased an AI agent, you get a pre-built one
  • If you purchase something else, you might need to build one
  • Using my platform, both ways are very easy

This modular approach allows for customization. Even if there’s work on your end, don’t worry—there’s no coding required, not even low-code or no-code. That’s how simple it is.

1. Workflows

You’ll get an email saying “Added a prompt pack and workflow for you.”

What are workflows? Packs of prompts to achieve a certain output or result—like Twitter hooks, headlines, offers, atomic essays, or newsletters.

I build workflows not with one long prompt, but with smaller prompts that handle one part at a time. Maybe a paragraph, maybe a heading, maybe even just a few words—but at a very optimal and accurate level.

This gives us very refined results with AI. You know how it usually spits out generic garbage that’s never satisfactory? This is the exact problem we’re overcoming.

Whatever workflows you’ve gotten access to as part of your purchase will be in “My Workflows.” You’ll also get emails about them (those notification emails I mentioned).

2. Actions

Actions are what are known as API endpoints, functions, or tools (different words, same thing).

Core actions you get with any first purchase:

  • Run Prompt Chain: Allows you to run those workflows we just talked about
  • Crawl Text: Give it a newsletter, blog, or YouTube video, and it fetches the text
  • Post to My Webhook: During a conversation with ChatGPT or Claude, you can ask it to post data or responses anywhere you like—Airtable, Zapier, Google Cloud Functions, AWS Functions, whatever

The webhook setup is straightforward but it’s a topic of its own (I’ll get into that later). This way you never have to remember a response—you can turn it into data, content, whatever you like, and save it wherever you want.

3. Knowledge Bases

Some agents you purchase come with a knowledge base. This means I’ve done the hard work—all the research—and brought my knowledge together in an AI-friendly format so you can chat with that specific knowledge.

For example:

  • Email automation knowledge
  • Conversion tracking or optimization knowledge
  • One-person business model knowledge
  • And more

Any knowledge bases you get as part of purchasing an AI agent will show up here.

My Coaching Program

If you’ve purchased or subscribed to my coaching program, a nice UI will appear where you can:

  • Access recorded calls
  • Talk to my AI agent (works on chatgpt.com with my logo and name)
  • Ask questions about my knowledge and previous recordings/coaching
  • Get access to every single workflow I’ve ever built AND the workflows I will build

As long as you’re subscribed, you keep getting access to new workflows.

You’ll also have access to my calendar showing calls, with buttons to:

  • Join call links
  • Submit questions ahead of calls
  • And more

Your AI Agent Building Journey

You’ll start with building AI agents in ChatGPT and Claude, then progress to moving them to other platforms and adding more features. These are topics of their own, so you can check out guides on:

  • How to build your first AI agent in chatgpt.com
  • How to build your first AI agent in Claude (also known as Claude MCP or Model Context Protocol)

Final Thoughts

I’ve taken up a lot of your time, so thanks for that. I know it can be overwhelming when you receive 10 emails from me the first time you’ve met me and you’re thinking, “Hey, you haven’t even said hello and you’ve sent me 10 emails.”

I apologize if that’s overwhelming, but I wanted to make sure you have all the clarity you need.

That’s everything—I wanted to give you a clear picture of what you’re getting and how to use it all.
